Kristina Heath has built her career on a foundation of dedication, perseverance, and a passion for helping others. Before entering the mortgage industry, she spent nearly 20 years in automotive sales, excelling in customer service, finance, and sales management. This experience sparked her love for connecting with people and assisting them in achieving their goals, leading her to join the KTL team as a Mortgage Loan Originator in 2003. In 2009, Kristina became a co-owner of KTL Performance Mortgage.
She thrives on working alongside her team, including her husband John Heath and right-hand woman Tasha Peters. Kristina is dedicated to serving her clients as they navigate one of life’s most significant milestones: homeownership. Her personality, unwavering determination, and ability to connect with others make her an invaluable leader at KTL Performance Mortgage.
Kristina is an NMLS-licensed Mortgage Loan Originator and is licensed to originate home loans in Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, and Florida. In recognition of her contributions to the mortgage industry, Kristina was honored as one of Mortgage Professional America Magazine’s “Elite Women in Mortgage” in 2018, a distinction awarded to a small group of women nationwide.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Kristina is a dedicated community advocate. She previously served on the Board of Trustees for Main Street Greenville, where she worked to preserve the charm and drive the economic growth of her hometown’s historic downtown.
When not working, Kristina cherishes making memories with her family, including her husband John and their beloved children and grandchildren. Kristina and John enjoy traveling, attending IU Hoosiers sporting events, and spending as much time as possible at their home away from home in Perdido Key, FL. Whether Kristina is on a weekend getaway, taking an evening stroll through the park with her sister, or shaking her groove thing at KTL’s weekly team exercise night, she’s never far away from her phone so she can be there for her clients and realtor partners!
