If you’re not quite ready to apply, we recommend a Homebuyer Consultation. This meeting can be done in person or over the phone.

During your Homebuyer Consultation, your KTL Loan Officer will learn more about you and your goals. They will ask questions about your credit, finances, and work history. Your Loan Officer will be your point of contact moving forward and will be there for you to answer any questions you have.

At the end of your Homebuyer Consultation, your Loan Officer will provide a set of recommended next steps. If together, you determine that you’re ready to apply, your Loan Officer will walk you through the application process. If you’re not ready to apply, they will share with you what steps you should be taking.
