Allison Franklin is an Administrative Assistant at KTL Performance Mortgage. She began her professional career in the healthcare field, where she built a strong foundation in patient care while working in detail-driven, high-pressure environments. Her transition into the mortgage industry in 2025 allowed her to apply her strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and passion for helping others in a new and meaningful way.
Allison is licensed in Medical Billing and Coding and holds a certification in Medical Assisting. She takes pride in being an essential part of the mortgage process, ensuring that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Supporting loan officers and contributing to a seamless experience for clients is what she finds most rewarding about her role.
Known for her attention to detail, efficiency, and people-oriented mindset, Allison thrives in keeping tasks organized and processes on track. (In fact, she loves checklists so much that crossing items off might just be one of her hobbies!)
Outside of work, Allison enjoys spending quality time with her family and supporting her children at their many activities, including Girl Scouts, basketball, softball, and cheer. She also loves creative projects like home décor and design, cooking and baking new recipes, and working on personal or small-business ideas. Taking time for self-care and relaxation helps her recharge and bring her best self to both her professional and personal life.
