Alyssa Case is a Senior Loan Processor at KTL Performance Mortgage and has been a valued member of the KTL team since 2011. With more than 15 years of mortgage industry experience, Alyssa brings extensive knowledge, determination, and attention to detail to every loan she processes. Her strong communication and organizational skills help keep the many moving pieces of the mortgage process on track while supporting both clients and the KTL team from application through closing.
For Alyssa, processing a mortgage is about more than getting a loan to the closing table. She finds it especially rewarding to help families achieve their homeownership goals and build generational wealth through real estate. Her experience and persistence make her a valuable resource when navigating the challenges and unique circumstances that can arise throughout the loan process.
Alyssa earned an Associate’s degree in Communications from Sinclair Community College and a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Wright State University. Her expertise and contributions to the mortgage industry have also earned her national recognition. In 2018, Alyssa was named one of Mortgage Professional America Magazine’s Elite Women in Mortgage for the second time, an honor recognizing leading women in the mortgage industry.
Outside of work, Alyssa enjoys spending time with her husband, Nate, and their daughters, Presley and Memphis. Softball is a big part of her life, and she shares her love of the game by coaching both T-ball and fast-pitch softball. She also enjoys gardening, spending time in nature, and reading.
Alyssa is a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator in Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, and Florida.
