Ashley Parinello is the Marketing Manager at KTL Performance Mortgage and a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator based in Northwest Ohio. Since joining the KTL team in 2016, Ashley has leveraged her creativity and industry expertise to manage all aspects of marketing, including print, email, web, video, social media, and more.
A graduate of Ohio State University, Ashley brings over 15 years of marketing experience and a background in the telecommunications and software industries. She obtained her NMLS mortgage loan originator license in 2009 and is licensed to originate home loans in Ohio and Indiana.
Ashley’s favorite part of her job is the flexibility to be creative across various mediums. She enjoys graphic design, copywriting, and sharing the benefits of working with KTL to prospective clients and business partners. While her marketing duties keep her busy, Ashley also loves to help her friends, family, and community members with their home loan needs.
In her free time, Ashley enjoys working out, practicing yoga, baking, bargain shopping, and all things coffee. She and her husband, Justin, live with their three children in Hancock County, Ohio. When the Parinello family isn’t catching up on superhero movies, they’re biking, attending youth sports events, discovering new restaurants, or traveling.

Fun Fact: In college, Ashley drove campus transit buses at OSU and still maintains her Class-B CDL!
