Ashley Parinello is a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator and the Marketing Manager for KTL Performance Mortgage. Based in Northwest Ohio, Ashley works with homebuyers and homeowners throughout Ohio and Indiana while also leading KTL’s marketing efforts. Since joining the KTL team in 2016, she has used her creativity and industry knowledge to manage all aspects of marketing, including print, email, web, video, social media, and more.
A graduate of The Ohio State University, Ashley brings over 15 years of marketing experience and a background in the telecommunications and software industries. She obtained her NMLS mortgage loan originator license in 2009 and is licensed to originate home loans in Ohio and Indiana.
Ashley enjoys combining her knowledge of the mortgage industry with what she does best: communicating, problem-solving, and helping people. As a Mortgage Loan Originator, she works with clients throughout Northwest Ohio, including Findlay, Lima, Arlington, Bluffton, and surrounding areas, helping them understand their financing options and navigate the path to homeownership. Whether someone is ready to buy, considering a refinance, or simply has questions about where to begin, Ashley enjoys being a resource and helping them determine the right next step.
In her free time, Ashley enjoys working out, practicing yoga, baking, bargain shopping, and all things coffee. She and her husband, Justin, live with their three children in Hancock County, Ohio. When the Parinello family isn’t catching up on superhero movies, they’re biking, attending youth sporting events, discovering new restaurants, or traveling.
