Ashley Thacker combines compassion, strong communication skills, and a problem-solving mindset to help families achieve their dream of homeownership. A Union City, Indiana, native, Ashley began her career in the mortgage industry as a Loan Processor at KTL in 2019. When the KTL Muncie Branch opened in 2022, Ashley transitioned to the Muncie team as an NMLS-licensed Mortgage Loan Originator.
For Ashley, the most rewarding part of her role is guiding clients through the homebuying process and helping them realize their goals, especially for those who didn’t think they would be able to purchase a home. She is an active member of the local real estate community, serving on committees with the Mid-Eastern Indiana Association of Realtors and volunteering her time with Habitat for Humanity.
Outside of work, Ashley enjoys spending time outdoors, capturing memories through photography, and making the most of family time with her husband, Kyle, daughter Lawsyn, and son Dutton. Together, they love camping, taking golf cart rides to get ice cream, and enjoying the simple joys of time spent outside.
