Ashlyn Swank is a Loan Processor at KTL Performance Mortgage. She joined the KTL team in 2021 as an Administrative Assistant before moving into document management for the KTL ownership team. In 2024, Ashlyn obtained her Mortgage Loan Originator license and transitioned into loan processing, bringing with her a strong understanding of the many details that go into moving a home loan from application to closing.
Patient, detail-oriented, and always willing to learn something new, Ashlyn enjoys working alongside the KTL team to help clients achieve their homeownership goals. She finds it especially rewarding to help people become homeowners who may not have believed it was possible and to know that her work behind the scenes plays an important part in making that happen.
Outside of work, Ashlyn enjoys spending time with her friends and family, reading, and being outdoors. She especially loves playing T-ball with her daughter, Aaliyah, taking their razor to off-road parks, and visiting their favorite local Mexican restaurants.
Ashlyn’s outlook on life can be summed up by one of her favorite sayings: “We’re here for a good time, not a long time, so make the best of it.”
