Brittani Hines is the Processing Manager at KTL Performance Mortgage, where she oversees the Loan Processing department. With her extensive industry knowledge and close to 15 years of experience, Brittani leads the Processing Team in their vital role of assisting homebuyers through the mortgage journey. She is dedicated to ensuring the team provides a seamless and supportive experience for every client.
Brittani’s educational background includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Indiana University and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University. Her career in the finance industry began at Farmers State Bank in 2005, where she worked as a teller and later in the loan department. She joined KTL Performance Mortgage in 2011, bringing with her a strong foundation in lending and customer service. Brittani is an NMLS Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator, and is licensed to originate home loans in Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, and Florida.
What Brittani enjoys most about her role is the rewarding experience of helping people navigate one of the biggest moments of their lives—purchasing a home. She excels at building confidence and peace of mind for KTL clients, while also supporting her team in delivering exceptional service. Known for her comprehensive knowledge of mortgage programs and guidelines, Brittani ensures the Processing Department operates efficiently and effectively.
Outside of work, Brittani and her husband share a love of woodworking, which inspired them to start a business in 2024 selling lumber and handcrafted wood products. In her spare time, she also enjoys reading, crocheting, and spending time outdoors.
