David Whitehair is a Mortgage Loan Originator at KTL Performance Mortgage. He joined the KTL team in 2022 and is licensed in Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, and Florida. David previously worked in the aquaculture industry until the COVID-19 pandemic shifted his career path. When the opportunity arose to help open the Muncie branch of KTL, David knew it was the right time to make a change. What started as a new career direction quickly grew into a passion for helping people achieve homeownership, even when they’ve faced challenges or been turned down elsewhere.
David holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Ball State University. He is known for being down-to-earth, diligent, and always being available for his clients and business partners. David enjoys working with numbers and loves guiding his clients through the homebuying process.
Outside of work, David enjoys volunteering in his community, attending Ball State sporting events with his family, playing soccer with his three kids, and staying active in an adult soccer league. He also has a hidden talent for doing a surprisingly good goose and turkey call, but don’t ask him to prove it. Reportedly, this ability only appears spontaneously, when in nature!
