David Whitehair is a Mortgage Loan Originator at KTL Performance Mortgage. He grew up in Delaware County, Indiana, and resides in Muncie.
David attended Delta High School and has a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Ball State University. He previously worked in the aquaculture industry, most recently providing consulting services for facilities, and helping build business and biological plans.
Prior to shutdowns related to COVID-19, David enjoyed volunteering at the Muncie Mission. He joined the KTL team in 2022 and is a licensed mortgage loan originator in Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, and Florida. David works primarily out of our Muncie, Indiana branch.
What does David love about his job?
In my personal experience with home buying, we had several unexpected obstacles to deal with. We had a group of people that helped us to secure our loan and helped us every step of the way. I value being able to provide that same help to my clients, because finding the right house can really change your life.
