Jared Johnson is a Mortgage Loan Originator at KTL Performance Mortgage, working alongside Craig Allen in the Richmond, Indiana branch. With a strong foundation in business and a natural curiosity for learning, Jared enjoys helping clients navigate the home financing process while ensuring every detail stays organized and on track.
Jared earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with concentrations in Managerial Accounting and Finance from Indiana University. His analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work independently make him a valuable resource for both clients and teammates. He particularly enjoys the organizational side of mortgage lending, from tracking documentation to keeping loan files accessible and moving efficiently through the process.
Outside of work, Jared enjoys spending time with his wife and their two daughters. Whether they’re getting family photos taken, visiting the park, attending baseball practices and games, or spending time together at church, family is at the center of everything he does. He also enjoys relaxing by a bonfire, practicing guitar, and reading in his spare time.
Jared is actively involved in his church community, where he has participated in church productions and volunteers whenever needed. His commitment to learning, serving others, and maintaining a positive attitude helps him bring value to every client interaction.
