Maria Benge is a Mortgage Loan Originator at KTL Performance Mortgage, working alongside Kristina Heath and Tasha Peters to help clients achieve their homeownership goals. She joined the KTL team in 2026 and is licensed to provide home loans in Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, and Florida. Maria enjoys being able to help her clients and support them throughout their home financing journey.
Maria earned her Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. A natural multitasker and people person, she brings strong organizational and problem-solving skills to her role. Her love of puzzles also comes in handy in the mortgage world, where every client’s situation is unique and sometimes requires finding the right pieces to help everything come together.
Outside of work, Maria loves spending time with her family and friends and staying active, whether she’s playing softball, golfing, or enjoying time at the lake. She and her husband, Brandon, have a daughter, Lily, and two dogs, Auggie and Archie. As a family, they enjoy golf cart rides, going for walks, spending time at the pool or lake, and simply hanging out with the people they love.
A self-proclaimed movie and TV show quote aficionado, it’s fitting that one of Maria’s favorite quotes comes from Forrest Gump: “Life is like a box of chocolates. You never know what you’re going to get.”
