McKinsey Willis is a Loan Processor at KTL Performance Mortgage, with a professional journey that dates back to her high school years. She first joined the KTL team in 2018, working in a variety of roles as an assistant, intern, and eventually a Loan Processor. McKinsey obtained her Mortgage Loan Originator license in 2021 before stepping away in 2022 to explore other career opportunities. After gaining experience outside of KTL, she found herself drawn back to the mortgage industry and rejoined the team full-time in 2024.
McKinsey graduated from Arcanum High School in 2020 while simultaneously earning her Associate of Science degree from Edison State Community College. Her years of experience in the mortgage industry, attention to detail, and team-oriented mindset serve her well in her role as a Loan Processor.
What McKinsey enjoys most about her work is knowing that she plays an important part in helping people achieve their goals and dreams of homeownership. She believes every member of the KTL team has a vital role in getting clients to the closing table and considers it an honor to be part of that journey for each family she helps.
Outside of work, McKinsey enjoys spending time with her friends, especially outdoors. She also enjoys working out and listening to music. After a long day, you’ll often find her unwinding with a coloring book or singing her heart out.
