Raven Dale is a Loan Originator Assistant and Document Specialist at KTL Performance Mortgage. She is a graduate of Ball State University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. Raven originally planned to attend veterinary school before deciding to take her career in a different direction. That change brought her to the mortgage industry, where she discovered an opportunity to combine her love of learning with her desire to help others.
Raven joined the KTL team in 2026 and works primarily from the Muncie, Indiana branch. She has already obtained her Mortgage Loan Originator license and is focused on learning the industry with the goal of becoming a Loan Originator. Raven’s strong work ethic, compassion, and willingness to take on new challenges make her a great fit for the fast-moving mortgage industry.
Outside of work, Raven has a lifelong passion for agriculture and showing livestock. She owns and operates Magic Valley Show Cattle in Pennville, Indiana, where she raises, shows, and sells beef cattle at the national level. Raven credits her years in agriculture with teaching her valuable lessons in responsibility, patience, dedication, and hard work. She has also been an active part of her local agricultural community, serving on the Jay County Junior Fair Board and supporting local 4-H programs. It’s no surprise that animals continue to be a big part of Raven’s life. In addition to plenty of fluffy cattle, she has a chocolate Lab, an Airedale, and two cats.
Raven lives by the words of Theodore Roosevelt: “Believe you can and you’re halfway there.”
Fun Fact: Animals have even been part of Raven’s story since before she was born. Her father owns an animal control business and had dreamed of giving his daughter an animal-inspired name. Luckily her mother stepped in, or Raven might be introducing herself today as Opposum Dale!
