Tasha Peters is a Mortgage Loan Originator at KTL Performance Mortgage. She grew up in West Milton, Ohio, and currently resides in Tipp City. Tasha has nearly 20 years of experience in the restaurant industry, where she ultimately ended up in management. Most recently, Tasha spent almost 8 years working Inside Sales for an automotive accessories supplier.
She is active in her community, participating in the Youth Ministry at her church, and competing in the local bowling league. Tasha and her husband Josh have four children who are also active in many extracurricular activities in the Tipp City area.
In 2021, Tasha obtained her Mortgage Loan Originator license and joined the KTL team.
What does Tasha love about her job?
My favorite thing about what I do is that I get to help make people’s hopes and dreams come true! Many of our clients don’t think they will ever be able to have the family home of their dreams, and I am able to guide and assist them in making that dream come true.
All of the mornings of their families waking up to celebrate a holiday together, in THEIR home. Decades of birthdays in their home, and seeing their grandchildren sit where their children once did. Family traditions being created because this is HOME and that is where their hearts have always wanted to be.
I can be a part of that, and bring some peace and joy to a process that can be stressful and hard to understand. I look forward to chatting with clients years down the road and hearing of their experiences and memories in that home, that I was able to help them purchase! For me, this career is a dream come true.
