Well actually, we’ve always been KTL Performance Mortgage! KTL was founded in Greenville, OH in 2003. Since then, our team has grown from three employees to over 30. We now have 2 locations and originate home loans in 4 states. Since 2003, we’ve helped thousands of families achieve their dreams of homeownership.
Over the course of time, we gradually dropped the KTL and just went by Performance Mortgage in most of our marketing and branding.
But when thinking about who we are as an organization, we’ve realized how integral the KTL is to our mission of making dreams of homeownership come true. KTL – Knowledge, Trust, and Love, is who we are, and it is what truly sets us apart from our competition.
