Because of the financial nature of our business, KTL’s websites are not designed for use by children under the age of 13 and those not of legal age to contract. Service providers are not authorized and are strictly prohibited from utilizing your personally identifiable information for any purpose other than those proscribed by KTL in connection with the services they provide. KTL does not sell or share a borrower’s personal information with third-parties for their promotional or marketing use.
