Every year, MPA (Mortgage Professional America) publishes a list of Elite Women in the mortgage industry. For the second year in a row, Kristina Heath has been selected as one of 70 female industry leaders who are shaping the future of the mortgage industry. Kristina is an owner of KTL Performance Mortgage and one of the leaders of the Your Expert Mortgage Team group.
About Kristina
Kristina was born and raised in Darke County, Ohio. After spending close to 20 years in the automotive sales management and financing field, Kristina was ready for a change. In 2003, the owner and founder of Performance Mortgage invited Kristina to join his team and thus began her career in the mortgage industry.
Kristina’s passion for delivering great customer service, combined with her drive for excellence, quickly made her one of the top producers at Performance Mortgage. In 2009, she became a 25% owner of the organization. Since becoming a partner, Kristina has been instrumental in developing and growing the business from approximately 265 closed loans in 2009 to over 780 in 2017.
A Dynamic Leader
Kristina is a dynamic leader that inspires those around her to do great things. She is a member of the Business & Professional Women of Ohio and is one of the founding members of the Richmond Independent Networking Group (RING), where she works to facilitate networking relationships among business professionals in the Richmond, Indiana area. Kristina recently accepted a position on the Board of Trustees for Main Street Greenville, an organization that promotes the historic preservation and economic development of downtown Greenville, Ohio. She is proud of her roots in this rural, hardworking, farming community, and is looking forward to contributing to the continued economic and cultural growth of the area.
