We know you aren’t always available between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. You’re busy with work, kids, school, and maybe you occasionally get sucked into a Netflix marathon and can’t leave your couch for 2 days. We get it!
To meet your needs, we offer extended hours, including evenings and weekends. Call, text, or email us any member of our team and we will work with you whenever is most convenient to you.
2. Free Credit Counseling
If your credit is perfect, great! You can skip to number 3.
If your credit is less than perfect, it doesn’t mean that you’ll never be able to purchase a home. It does mean that you need to have a strategic plan for improving your credit so that you can purchase a home in the future.
We provide free, personalized credit counseling to help you achieve your goal of owning a home. We will review your credit report and provide guidance on exactly what you need to do to get your scores to where they need to be. Don’t try to fix your credit on your own, call us and let our experience and knowledge help you become a homeowner. We are here to help!
3. Flexible Loan Programs
We work with 12 different lenders, providing us with the flexibility to find the loan program that is the perfect fit for you.
We offer no money down and low money down mortgage programs, along with financing for manufactured homes, rehabilitation loans, construction loans, refinances, and much more!
Have you been turned down for a mortgage by a bank? Don’t give up until you talk to us. Each lender that we work with has different guidelines and programs. What one lender turns down, another one may accept. If you’ve been turned down, we would be very happy to review your scenario and let you know if we can help.
4. Quick Pre-Approvals
The first step in the homebuying process is to get pre-approved. In fact, many real estate agents will require that you are pre-approved before they begin showing you homes.
We offer several methods for pre-approvals:

- Contact any member of our team!
As part of the pre-approval process we will pull your credit, review your liabilities and your credit history, review your income and assets, and determine whether or not you are pre-approved at this point and what amount you are pre- approved for. We are typically able to do this within 24 hours so you can begin looking for your dream home!
If you we are not able to pre-approve you, see point #2. We will review your scenario and provide you with a game plan for what you need to do to get pre-approved.
