My personal experience in the real estate industry has been a blessing. I was able to buy my very first home in Winchester, Indiana, and invest into a rental portfolio in Winchester as well. I truly believe that Winchester and Randolph County, Indiana is a great place to live.
Benefits of Small-Town Living
The thing that I repeat over and over is that I love the affordable homes around here. It is something that a lot of others take for granted. Some may be attracted to big-city living, but the benefits of small-town living are more for me. Less commute times, affordable living, and knowing my neighbors by first name are just a few of these benefits.
Great Loan Options
Many people that I talk to aren’t familiar with the USDA financing program. This mortgage program allows you to purchase a home with no money down in qualifying areas. Another thing I love about Winchester? All of Randolph County qualifies for USDA financing!
Sometimes people think that they have no options because they do not have 20% down to buy a home. They get caught up in paying rent and at the end never see that money or have anything to show for it. They don’t realize that they have options!
